What is an Allergist?
An Allergist/Immunologist is a highly qualified medical expert who diagnoses and treats allergies, asthma, and immunodeficiencies. An Allergy/Immunology physician has completed a residency in either Internal Medicine or Pediatrics and has then chosen to go on and complete 2-3 additional years of training specializing in Allergy and Immunology. A physician can only become Board Certified in Allergy/Immunology if they have completed this additional training.
If you suffer from allergies, recurrent infections, or allergic asthma, you want to seek an evaluation from someone who is Board Certified in Allergy/Immunology.
Advanced Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology Center is a practice that caters to the needs of our patients. Our goal is to provide you with friendly and unmatched service. We spend a considerable amount of time explaining your diagnosis, available testing, and treatment options. Complete satisfaction with your medical care is of utmost importance to us.
